It really is a great all inclusive, lots of things to do for everyone - amazing water park for kids with some bigger quicker slides too. Full kids area with indoor and outdoor play, football-pool table, giant chess, table tennis, everything. Loads of sunbeds to choose from and the food is CRAZY so so good. The rooms are fine, could be a little cleaner, the floors were pretty dirty so we wore sliders inside and our little one wore his crocs. We stayed in the swim up rooms as it meant we had a space while the little one slept and it was perfect
This hotel has great food choices any time of the day and a lot of activities for families and kids. But the room cleaning is not great and reception is not very friendly. Guest services were very polite and well above the rest of hotel in delivering their services such as custom storage.
I really liked the hotel. It had a great atmosphere, the staff was helpful and friendly. There were discos and entertainment shows in the evenings, and there were plenty of children's programs to suit everyone. I'd also like to give a special thanks to waitress Melissa ,guest relation cihan ,barmen buse for her friendliness and responsiveness.
The cocktails at the hotel were really enjoyable. They were delicious, nicely presented, and served quickly. I especially liked the balanced flavors and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere at the bar was cozy and relaxing, which made the experience even better. Gul
Our stay at Club Marco Polo was absolutely unforgettable! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way. The territory is massive, incredibly green, beautifully landscaped, and offers stunning views of the mountains. The beach is spacious, clean, and the sea water is crystal clear. The food was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fish and grilled meats to amazing desserts and fruits. The entertainment and evening shows were also top-notch, energetic, and highly professional. However, what truly made our vacation special was the outstanding hospitality. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Guest Relation Cihan! He is a true professional and an incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive person. From day one, Cihan made sure we had everything we needed, immediately assisted us with any questions, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His exceptional service made us feel so welcome.Thank you, guest relation Cihan, and the entire team for making our holiday so brilliant! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
