I recently stayed at Crystal Family Resort & Spa in June 2026 with my family, and overall we had an excellent experience.
The hotel is in a great location right by the sea, making it very convenient to enjoy the beach anytime. The grounds are clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The atmosphere is very relaxing and family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and serviced regularly. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and we always returned to a fresh and tidy room. The food was also very good, with a wide variety of options available at every meal. There was something for everyone, including kids, and the quality was consistently high.
One of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment team. A special mention goes to the animator Diana, who was absolutely amazing. She was very energetic, friendly, and always made sure guests were having fun. Her activities were well-organized. She really added a special touch to our holiday and made it more memorable.
The overall service at the hotel was excellent, with staff being polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We had a great time and would happily come back again.
This is my seventh vacation in Turkey, and I have stayed in many 5-star hotels before. I can honestly say that this hotel offers very good value for the money paid.
The food selection is good and varied, the territory is well maintained and beautiful, and there are entertainment shows every other day. After the shows, there is live music every evening, which creates a great atmosphere.
The staff work very hard to make guests feel comfortable. I would especially like to thank the evening reception staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness. I would also like to mention the housekeeping staff, who are always very polite, helpful, and attentive to detail.
The spa is also worth a visit. The massage services are good and reasonably priced, offering great value compared to many other hotels.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good holiday at a reasonable price.
We had a fantastic holiday as a family of four, with a beautiful sea-view room and, overall, a really great experience.
Unfortunately, there is one major issue that will prevent us from choosing this hotel again next year. All the children’s areas for the youngest kids (1-4 years old) were smoking areas. As a result, there was often a cloud of cigarette smoke around the 1-4-year-old swimming pool and the nearby children’s playground.
Honestly, I have never experienced so much cigarette smoke in places specifically intended for babies and young children. It was particularly frustrating because this could have been solved so easily. simply by making these areas clearly NO-SMOKING zones.
Apart from this issue, our holiday was excellent. Sadly, smoking in the children’s areas is the only reason why we have to choose a different hotel next year.
