The staff at this hotel go above and beyond. The food is ample and delicious, with everything you could possibly want at all hours of the day. The rooms are extremely comfortable with complimentary daily bottles of water. The Turkish night is particularly nice with amazing dancing and entertainment. There is a nearby market where you can find interesting things to buy. Don’t miss out on the 15 minute complimentary massage on your first day! There are lots of nice places to sit and get some work done too. I will say that this is not the hotel to stay in if you want a ‘relaxing holiday’, unless you plan to stay on the beach all day. There is always music pumping by the pool and often someone shouting into a microphone so, considering all the rooms surround the pool, it’s a little difficult to escape the noise. Great for kids or those looking to be involved in the action.
A review has been shared under my name, I would like that say that this is false and also quite odd. I nor my partner experienced any flirting, uncomfortable stares or conflict. We really enjoyed our stay and I do hope that the named staff member is not undergoing any investigation because of this false statement. The bar staff were all amazing, they went out of their way to learn a cocktail that I liked that weren’t popular for them to make - Mirac was really friendly and took time to talk to us whenever he saw us. The animations team were also really good, Teo especially always made me and my partner feel included and comfortable throughout our stay. All of the staff were lovely, we had no issues with our stay and we can’t wait to return.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mustafa for his excellent service on the beach! He was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a truly enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. All orders were delivered promptly, and his attention to detail and genuine care for guests were outstanding. Thanks to Mustafa, our beach experience was even more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and warm attitude toward your guests! 🌟
