Great hotel! Everything was perfect and met our expectations - the rooms, the food, the services! The employees are very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and the food is delicious! The only things we didn't like was that there wasn't a mirror in the bedroom (excluding the one in the bathroom) and that there wasn't a sink drain strainer in the sink in the bathroom. Because of that I dropped one of my necklaces down the drain. The pool and beach areas are also very good. The entertainment team from BeActive Entertainment is extremely nice and speaks multiple languages. The hotel is very child-friendly, organising different activities during the day and the night, for example different games, karaoke, dances and professional singers and dancers. The hotel's location was also very practical, near the centre of Sunny Beach. Overall the experience was amazing!
I stayed at Grand Hotel Nirvana recently and honestly had a really nice experience. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and easygoing the staff were—they made everything feel pretty relaxed from the start. 👌🏼 The room was clean and comfortable, nothing over the top but definitely had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, which is always a big plus for me. Also, everything felt well taken care of, which I really appreciate. The hotel itself has a nice, calm vibe. It’s not too busy or noisy, so it’s a good place if you just want to chill and recharge. Location-wise, it was convenient enough to get around without any hassle. Overall, it just felt like a smooth, stress-free stay. No complaints really. I’d come back again for sure. 🤩

The staff was kind and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, and everything contributed to a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. We left with beautiful memories and would gladly come back again. Lovely! Honestly... A little outdated (I bet there will be some really nice renovations in the near future) but everything else is wonderful: the staff is so nice, the Turkish Cuisine is really good (the Kitchen staff are wonderful), the activity girls were awesome turning the place into such a vibrant holiday spot, the pool really well kept, the longchairs with thick cozy pillows, the location of the hotel is close to everything (the walk to the beach is about 3 minutes). We had a full week here and it was a really nice experience! And we've been places...
