I've never been in a better hotel ever in my life. We are visiting with my family for the 3rd time in a row and we are still amazed. Delicious cooking, beautiful pools, fun activities everyday. But the best thing about this hotel are the animators and the whole staff. All the bartenders are really friendly, the animation team is the highlight of this hotel. Everyone is super kind and bring life to this already perfect hotel. 10/10 and i would recommend this hotel for everyone.
Amazing hotel and the best staff! We had a fantastic holiday here. The hotel is clean, the food is tasty, and the location is great. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant workers and the animation team, is so friendly, polite, and always smiling. The rooms are okay, even if not the most modern. The area offers enough space, however equipment for sports and billiards should be renewed. Lastly, while there is a lot of activities for children, we felt that the hotel would benefit from more activities targeted at adults. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!
Amazing experience. a MUST if you have kids. the hotel is clean and well maintained, the crew is far too kind, always helping and inviting, the food is very good and rich, many options, the slides are crazy, we spent the whole week at the hotel without going anywhere, except for the walk near the hotel in the evening. all inclusive is worth it so much, I am telling about this amazing hotel to all my friends.
All I can say that is the hotel is so amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are elite hard working people who care about your hotel stay. Martin the PR personal helped me a lot. Thank you so much sir for getting me the Al Cartee the two times. The Asian restaurant is very good. In the main restaurant, the food is spectacular. Top of the line. Great quality food and everything for anyone. Seafood, meat and non meat. The hotel is near the beach and so many options for shopping .
We stayed at Grifid last year, but I think everything is still the same. After visiting other resorts, I can say that Grifid was the best place for families with children, and it will definitely be our first choice again next year. What we especially loved was the wonderful, smiling, and professional staff, the great bartenders, and the excellent entertainment program for children. The food was also absolutely fantastic. And what I especially appreciate is that the staff make sure that guests don’t reserve sunbeds in advance by leaving their towels on them.
