Room adequate size with a balcony, bathroom was ok although shower screen door seal didn't touch the bath causing floor to be soaked. Beds were individual pushed together, that's ok but would have preferred one duvet. Breakfast, good choice of cereal and yoghurt however boiled eggs were solid and scrambled were rubbery, bacon and sausages looked greasy. Thought it unusual to go to sister hotel for dinner but that always had a good choice of food. Good points though - never a lack of hot water and the lifts worked well.
Lovely hotel, a few minutes from Lake Bled and local amenities. Perfect sized room for 3 although more storage would have helped! Loved having a balcony with lovely views. Breakfast has plenty of choice for every diet.
We loved our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was unreal. It’s been a year since our stay and we still think about it! Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to everything you need to see in Bled.
Location is good, you can easly walk everywhere around the lake. We payed 12e/per day for parking in front of the hotel. Parking spots are little bit tiny for bigger cars. Rooms are clean, maybe not too modern, but we had balkon, air condition, hot wather and solid double bed. Breakfast was ok. We did not have time to use spa.
Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by the behavior of the breakfast restaurant team, particularly the manager, Katarina. On multiple mornings, staff appeared to be discussing guests amongst themselves, giggling, and giving pointed, contemptuous looks in our direction. It made an otherwise simple meal feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hospitality is about making guests feel at ease, and this fell well short of that standard. I’d hope management addresses this directly with the team, as it’s the kind of thing that can really color a guest’s impression of an otherwise fine hotel.
