The rooms are perfect, spacious and great storage. It has everything you need, from good mirrors to cool lighting and nice decor. The hotel itself is very aesthetic, having too big pools is great if you want a quieter vibe at the adults pool. Plenty of bars around the hotel and a good selection of drinks included in all inclusive package. Food is fantastic, really great options and great for gluten free options, had a whole section with gluten free bread, cakes, microwave and separate toaster. They even have vegan options too.
Enjoyed an excellent 6 day stay at Hovima Suites. The Resort was very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and cheerful. The food was of a high standard with plenty of choice. We mainly used the adult only pool which was spotlessly clean with plenty of sunbeds. Beautiful sunset views at the rooftop champagne bar. I would highly recommend this hotel.
2nd time visiting this hotel and will definitely return! The staff are so lovely and very helpful! A special mention to Johnny, Julia and Polina from the animation team who were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. They were so friendly, welcoming and full of energy, and always made the effort to get everyone involved in the activities. They created such a fun atmosphere. A huge thank you to Carmen from Guest Experience, who genuinely went above and beyond for us. She was so kind, helpful and attentive, and made us feel really looked after.
Update: they saw this review and switched our room to one with a new floor. Very happy with our new room The floorboards in the room are either nailed down or bumpy and there are gaps between some of them. Other than that the room is very nice, especially with the AC and spacious rooms. The service is great, especially as we had to move rooms due to disability accomodations, which happened quickly and without a fuss. The views from the rooftop bar are absolutely beautiful and the close proximity to the beach is so helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
Absolutely fantastic hotel! One of the best holidays i have had. All staff are friendly and energised. Although we didn't bring our children the kids entertainment was great! The shows are night time are fantastic. Everyone always has something to do. And the food is really good with lots of choice. All round fantastic would highly recommend
