A truly relaxing, adults-only escape
We spent 4 wonderful nights at Leonardo Crystal Cove and it's honestly the best adults-only getaway you could ask for. The hotel is intimate rather than sprawling, so there are no crowds anywhere — just peace and quiet. The surroundings are beautiful, and the sea, crystal clear, is just a 3-minute walk away.
We booked all-inclusive and were genuinely impressed: the food was fantastic at every meal, with a great variety and consistently delicious choices, plus a good selection of beverages. The bar was lovely too, with great service throughout. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, exactly what you want after a day by the water.
What really made the stay special, though, was the team. Rodica, Aura, Octavian, and every single bartender and staff member went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention for Rodica, the front office manager — she is one of a kind, exactly the right person for the job, and a real asset to the hotel group. She truly deserves recognition (and a big bonus!) for the level of care she brings.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a carefree, hedonistic vacation.
The hotel located on a great sea line near a nature site with crystal clear water in which you can snorkel easily, the staff are great, especially Julia and Bibin who helped us a lot with whatever we needed. The breakfast was rich fresh and varied.
Regarding the room-the first one we've been given was pretty bad, first floor with a balcony to the parking lot, an air condition that doesn't aware of being one, and a toilet door that can do anything but close. The day after the staff moved us to a nice room that everything works and with a great view, for a decent sum of money to add. Over all a good experience!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff and management were incredibly friendly, professional and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome. They clearly does an excellent job, as everything was well organized and guest satisfaction was a priority.
Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!
Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every area was well maintained.
The all-inclusive food and drinks were of a very high standard. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious, and the bartenders were friendly and funny. Breakfast and lunch were a little repetitive, but the themed dinners offered something different every evening. There was also a wide selection of fresh and tasty snacks available throughout the day.
Every evening featured live music, creating a lovely atmosphere. The hotel also offered daily activities such as table tennis, volleyball, and aqua aerobics, which were led by a friendly entertainer, making them a fun addition to our stay.
Leonardo crystal cove is located in a peaceful and beautiful area, making it the perfect place to relax. It is also an excellent base for exploring Cyprus, as there is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Although there is no sandy beach, the steps leading into the sea make it easy to swim and snorkel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would love to stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️
The location of the hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. It is a little far from the city centre, but that wasn’t a problem at all.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always ready to help and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It exceeded our expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Protaras.
