The location is amazing. Hotel is well maintained, clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The room was very nice, plenty of space, balcony with table and chairs and a place to hang your wet swim clothes. There is AC in the room which is always a plus. Staff is well trained, friendly and excellent service. The food and bar are great. The beach in front is well maintained. Overall, amazing!
We chose Marina Hotel for the second time, based on the very positive experience we had here in 2024 and the fact that we were also satisfied with Palace Hotel from the same hotel group last year. Unfortunately, the level of service this year was far below our expectations, especially when it came to the restaurant.
The variety of food was limited and repetitive, while the quality and freshness of the dishes were disappointing. Some meals that should have been served hot were consistently cold. We also frequently encountered wet plates and cutlery, and in some cases they did not appear to be properly cleaned. For a 4-star all-inclusive hotel, the dining experience was very disappointing and much lower than the standard we experienced here in the past.
What disappointed us even more was the attitude of the management. We reported these issues during the first days of our stay and, together with our travel agency, tried to find a compromise solution (such as access to meals at Palace Hotel or a possible transfer). However, the hotel did not make even the smallest effort to resolve the situation. We received no concrete solution, no gesture of goodwill, and not even an apology for the inconvenience caused.
This is especially unfortunate because the hotel has a great location, and we returned with confidence because of our previous positive experience. Sadly, the way our complaints were handled and the complete lack of interest in addressing the concerns of returning guests mean that we will certainly not choose this hotel again.
terrible experience ! do not come here ! the rooms are extremely small and smelly ! the food is terrible - only a couple of things and not prepared well ! the bathroom smells like a ceptic pit - smells like shit when you go inside! you can not use the beach after 5 pm - the building cast shade and you are left with NO sun ! WIFI is like from stone age i was moving around ,so i can use my laptop ! the whole experience is terrible - pay a couple of extra bucks and go to a nice place - this is not worth it ! i will make pictures tomorrow and post them - so you can see it is all true ! the building outside has broken windows that noone cares to replace - total disaster - if you want a nice vacation avoid by all means ! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT !

The cleaning service in rooms is really bad (they do nothing apart from changing the towels and they dont even put them where they belong), the room was too small and the carpet was really dirty, most of the staff doesnt speak english well or even at all, we reported that our shower wasnt draining (multiple rooms had this problem) and they did nothing about it, plus the shower had almost no barrier so the water went everywhere, they cant cook meat properly, most of it was just raw
Other people from our country who were there too said that the pool and kids area is really dirty, which is not good for kids, again nothing was done about it, and kids had no activities to do there
Hotel with amazing sea view, great fresh food, nice and helpful staff that despite my family being really difficult to please did everything they could to fulfill their wish with kindness and patience.
