Lovely hotel, we did the all inclusive package for 3 days. The food was lovely, especially dinner, every night there was something different. The selection of drinks were also great 😊 3 pools, we mostly used the one on the rooftop as there were no kids. There’s also a small gym which has enough for a good workout.
Room was spacious, clean and quiet.
They also surprised me with a birthday cake to my room one evening. We didn’t tell them it was my birthday, they must have spotted it on my passport when checking in. Thought that was very nice touch :)
Very close to the beach, old town is a 20-25 minute walk. Lots of bars and restaurants around!
A wonderful hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with a great variety of food.
We are from Ukraine, and this was our first time visiting the island of Crete. It is an incredibly beautiful place, and we will definitely come back every year.
This hotel is perfect for families with children. Our 3-year-old daughter absolutely loved it! There is a kids’ club, a children’s pool, and every evening the animation team entertains the children with fun activities.
We also met a lovely little girl from France in the kids’ club. Her name is Luena, and she was very sweet and kind.
Thank you for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again!
Rooms have been comfortable. Air con wasn’t working the first night so they moved our room without fuss. We’ve had a few complaints about the room but they’ve been fixed immediately.
Staff lovely, pools great and good price for food and drink. We’ve already rebooked for next year!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was great, very close to the sea, and there was a market just a few steps away, which was very convenient.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning ladies were especially kind and always had a smile on their faces. We really appreciated how well they took care of us during our stay.
We also had an early morning flight on the day of our departure, and the hotel kindly prepared a small food package for each of us to take with us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant! ❤️
We had a wonderful stay at Minos Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Crete.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed, whether at the reception or in the restaurant. A special thank you goes to Timothy, who is one of the best entertainers we have ever met, together with Elisa and Louane. They made every day fun and memorable for both adults and children. Timothy, we hope this review helps you in your future career as a teacher—you truly deserve it!
The food was very good, with plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious, equipped with air conditioning, and cleaned every day (or upon request), which we really appreciated.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. It is very close to the beach and within walking distance of many lovely tavernas and local shops.
If we could suggest a few improvements, it would be helpful to introduce wristbands to easily distinguish between all-inclusive and half-board guests. We would also love to see a greater variety of soups and more different flavors in the daily menu. For the barbecue dinner, adding beef would make the experience even better.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. A big thank you to the entire team and to the manager for their dedication and excellent hospitality. We hope to come back again!
