Pools and Waterpark are the highlight of this hotel. Perfect for something like a 3 night stay to just relax at the pool with the slides.
One of our rooms was upgraded which was very nice of them.
Beach is unfortunately just rocks and stones.
Location is not really within walking distance of any shops, bars or restaurants
I would recommend going to the fuel station across the road if you want to buy water/drinks or snacks.
Food - Disappointing if staying for longer than 3 days. Little variety and quality isn't there. Pizza and Gyros are good.
Cleaning - Surprisingly great. Room cleaned everyday without any issues.
WiFi - Good coverage across all parts of the resort.
Staff - Super friendly and helpful. Entertainer was a good laugh.
If this hotel had a lounge/bar area with a TV for sports events and improved the variety and quality of food then it would be worth returning.
Excellent hotel, absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were so polite and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Food options were varied and plentiful, snacks and drinks were readily available. Pool and water park were great, various activities were offered, rooms were very good even if the exterior didn't look promising. Would happily come back
Various and qualitative meals + convenient kebab and pizza booth.
Well-managed animations > big up to Alex!
Quiet and clean
Very fun Waterpark for kids.
The main minus: very basic room standard (for sure not a 4stars) except the shower itself (but the W.C seat was broken in our room).
Overall, I recommend for famillies
This is a very welcoming hotel, although the city center is a few minutes away walking there is lots of different activies at the hotel for all ages. The pool bar is amazing and had great service with very pleasant and welcoming bartenders, who treat their guests very well. The rooms are very comfortable with great cleaning service. We were treated very well by staff like Carlo. The food was different every day and there was a good variety so there was something for everyone. The receptionists are very kind and were happy to answer any questions we had about out stay, they also told us about trips they had to offer (for a little extra cash) and helped us get to our trip destination safely. During the evening there was a variety of different things to do, such as the mini disco (which the kids loved) then some sort of interative show which everyone could participate in. Overall our stay was very pleasant and i would totaly recommend for a nice, relaxing holiday. (However there are mosquitos so please, if you are planning to go, bring some sort of repelant:)
Great reception, water park staff, and Pappa Gyro team, but everything else was a major disappointment. The main restaurant served poor, reheated food with overly controlling staff who watched our every move, and the cleaning service was sub-par. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel—even the staff acknowledged it feels more like a 3-star at best. Save your money and ignore the rating.
