Sol Nessebar Resort was a fantastic choice for our family holiday. My children absolutely loved it, and there was so much to enjoy for them every day. The food was excellent with a huge variety, from fish to rabbit and many other delicious dishes. Everything felt family-friendly, well organized, and worth every moment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great family stay it really is worth it.
Recently got back from a stay at this hotel. Our two boys had a great time in the pools and water park, and enjoyed the many snack bars, they also enjoyed the view from the lifts. Many sunbeds were 'reserved' early, but this is the same in many hotels. Great choice of food, but the toaster takes forever!
Everything about the place is amazing - location, service, food, facilities.
But we would like to specifically mention it’s PEOPLE. People working here - are amazing. Hard working, kind and caring.
Reception (especially to mention Polina), cleaning staff, catering/bar, maintenance and LIFE GUARDS - special thank you.
When we first came to the hotel 4 years ago, my daughter was 6. Neither myself, nor my husband can do any water slides - we are scared of heights, have health issues and simply can not do it.
My daughter had to go up the stairs to water slides and to do rides by her own. And the lifeguards were amazing - they ensured she could swim, they ensured she was ok, they ensured she was well and safe to go on the slides.
I am soo grateful to each and every of them.
4 years later - we are here for our 7th or 8th stay, some of the lifeguards still are the same, they recognise my daughter from years ago and I know she will be safe on any of the rides or in any of the hotel’s pools. Special big thank you to Pavel, the life guard.
People working for Nessebar Sol Palace, Bay&Mare - care about us, guests and about the work they do.
Thank you!!!!!!!
Amazing holiday 3 children 2 adults fantastic time , can't fault anything food was brilliant plenty choices for all . Only thing that was disappointing is people that were saying in this hotel had no manners like the ENGLISH pushing in cues like the lifts and for drinks no please or a little thank you or smile , other than that brilliant holiday, second time I have came back, highly recomend.
Thank you for the lovely staff .
We visited in may 2024 and loved it I went alone with my 8 year old son he loved the slides and the food during the day at the snack bar was really good fresh pizzas lovely chips fresh doughnuts etc the Buffett was different every day something for every one
The reviews last year are worrying as we have booked To go back in may this year 2026 and I’m taking a friend with her son this year
I read that the hotel is not as good now and sounds like it’s gone down hill which I hope is not that case
I hope the poool isn’t dirty as that’s worrying for the children. My son never got out of it in 2024
Also I hope the food is still as delicious and fresh and the room we stayed in was great pray that our visit in may 2026 is as good if not better and I will leave another review after my second visit
