Our stay was wonderful, and we would be delighted to visit the hotel again! The food was varied, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious. Every day there was a wide selection of fresh dishes to choose from. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, while the pool was exceptionally well maintained and spotless. What impressed us the most was the staff's attitude—everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and for making our holiday so enjoyable! I would gladly recommend this hotel to families and to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality in Bansko.

We were there in summer, on a 1 night trip break. Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing as well. Staff very friendly, especially the young guy on reception, who welcomed us. They also have very nice garden/cafe. A small mountain river passes near hotel. Very good value for the money.

Beautiful hotel with truly exceptional service! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but to our surprise we were upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment free of charge. It was such a wonderful gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. Another huge plus was that our puppy, Puddle, was warmly welcomed. It’s not always easy to find pet-friendly hotels that make you feel so comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home—only with outstanding service, a beautiful swimming pool, friendly and professional staff, and incredibly delicious food. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy we found our home away from home in Bansko. From now on, every time we visit Bansko, we’ll definitely stay at St. George Ski & Holiday. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice experience! The nicest people, from reception to cleaning personnel- very helpful and polite. Large and confortable apartment, we had fiet the first time two bathrooms! Very clean and modern, with beautiful mountain views. Pool and saunas were the best we had in Bulgaria - clean and spacious, very warm water. Also, an amazing breakfast, very diverse and delicious food, plenty for everyone, refilled even minutes before the ending time. I definitely recommend this place and I would come back anytime!

We stayed at St George Ski & Holiday Hotel as a group of 13 colleagues spending time together in Bulgaria, and we had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and gave us many good memories during our stay. The food was amazing, and the staff were always kind and welcoming. We visited during a holiday weekend, so there were quite a lot of people and many kids, especially around the pool area, but it did not ruin our experience at all. Special thanks to the reception staff and the hotel manager as well — everyone was very polite, communicative, and genuinely cared if we were happy and enjoying our stay. That personal attitude made a very positive impression on us. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
