We had a fantastic week at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay! 😊
The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes and desserts. There was also freshly prepared food every day, like Greek-style meat wraps. The only small downside was that some dishes were not always hot enough.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We even had a washing machine, which was a great bonus!
The beach was clean and sandy, and the pools were clean and warm. One of the pools was actually a natural pool, with little fish and frogs swimming in it. 😂 Swimming there felt more like swimming in a lake than in a hotel pool, which was quite a unique experience!
There were always sun loungers available, as guests didn’t reserve them for the whole day early in the morning.
We really enjoyed the entertainment around the pool and in the evenings. The à la carte dinner included in our all-inclusive package was also excellent!
The only thing we didn’t like was that alcoholic drinks at the beach bar were not included, although beer and soft drinks were.
There is also a convenient shuttle bus to Obzor approximately every hour from 10 am to 10 pm, for only €1.50 per person each way.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely come back! ❤️
the resort it self was good but its not 4 star the cleaners dont clean the rooms every day only towels even when i gave a 2€ tim they didn't dare to to tidy the beds and gave enough towels the staff was kind always trying their best to understand you food was good nothing much overall the hotel is most likely a 3 star and good
The rooms would suggest that sand is, at least. swept away on a daily basis. Not in this hotel. Housekeeping at 3PM while everyone is taking a nap? Sure thing! The toilets don't work, the shower drain is clogged and the towel hanger was broken from day 1. Super oily foods - everything is cooked with excessive oil quantity - if USA knew, they would invade the place just to take the oil. There is absolutely no food diversity - there is oily rice, undercooked macaroni, overcooked spaghetti. Chicken legs, when available, are tasteless, and when they are stale, they are used to make kebab and chicken with sour cream. Today I found a bonus - some cooked chicken feathers in the kebab. The salads are mostly made of very low quality tomatoes and cucumbers. There are a few cheese types, which cannot be melted. No chicken breast, no fillets, no clean meat. There is a good variety of bread. At least that's edible. The desserts - 4 kinds of pastries - use a ton of food coloring.
We had an amazing family holiday at Sunrise All Suites Resort. The food was excellent with a great variety every day, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, beautiful and very clean, and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay.
A very special thank you goes to the animation team, who made our holiday truly unforgettable. Ivan made the shooting games so much fun, Bilel was fantastic during water polo and darts, Svetoslav kept everyone entertained with the pool cocktail games, Ema brought so much energy to Zumba and the mini disco, and Maja made every mini disco a joy for the children. The whole team created an incredible atmosphere, and dancing together to Magic in the Air became one of our favourite holiday memories. Thank you all for your enthusiasm, smiles and hard work. We will remember this holiday for a very long time and hope to come back again!
The one positive thing during my visit was the warm and friendly staff at both the bar near the à la carte restaurant and the restaurant itself. They were really nice
My experience fell far short of expectations. The food offered throughout my visit was mediocre at best—lacking both flavor and variety. The rooms were equally disappointing. They were not well-maintained, with noticeable cleanliness issues and facilities that felt dated and worn out. It’s clear that upkeep is not a priority here, which really affects the overall comfort. One of the night I found a scolopendra in the room.
The hotel's beach also failed to impress. It didn’t feel clean or well cared for. This hotel might have been great in the past, but that’s no longer the case—it’s now completely neglected and poorly maintained.
