Protur Roquetas Hotel & Spa

This is a lovely hotel close to the sea for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The pools were perfect, the staff throughout the hotel were lovely, always smiling and very helpful. Loads of entertainment for adults and children during the day and evening. The food was great in the buffet restaurant, but we thought that the Italian and Asian restaurants were not so good. The room was clean and mini fridge was refreshed daily. (The only thing I would say is do not sit on the edges of the settee bed, it has bars which are hidden and very painful if you sit on them, I have plenty of bruises because I kept forgetting the bars were there !) The Wi Fi was not working in our room (ground floor facing the toddler’s pool) We mentioned it to reception but unfortunately it remained off for the whole week, however it worked fine in the other parts of the hotel. An excellent stay — highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Protur Roquetas Hotel & Spa and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for much more. The food was absolutely excellent, with a huge variety and plenty of choice every day. Everything was fresh, tasty and very well prepared. I was genuinely impressed by the quality and variety of the buffet. The all-inclusive drinks package was another pleasant surprise. The selection was very good and, importantly, the quality of the drinks was much better than what you often find in an all-inclusive hotel. There was a great choice of branded spirits, beers and other drinks. The cleanliness was exemplary throughout the hotel. The room and all the common areas were impeccably maintained. And perhaps one of the things I appreciated most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely nice, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Protur Roquetas Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations. I came here for a few days, but I am leaving with the feeling that I could happily come back. We just have 2weeks stay in your hotel, we enjoyed every minute, it is perfect for family holiday. All the staff have been great, we have a few names that we would like to thank very much for making the stay there more welcoming. Waiters: Patricia, Jesus, Alejandro, Maria, Marco and a few more that I don't remember their names. Pool bar staff were all very nice. The superior staff, Javier and Oasse from the main restaurant always smiling and happy to help. Reception bar staff: Mihaela, Sebas and Marco Maria from reception is very good with helping all matters addressed. Please thank her especially hearing out the issue with the SPA staff from 06.06.2026 at 17:00(for one rude member of staff will not give less than 5stars, but I do hope somebody will talk seriously with that person!). I have to say that Avi Lopez is the main person there during the day and evening, herself and Sebastian are fantastic at what they are doing, you can see that they don't do the job only for money, they like what they are doing and they do it very well. Lianna and Arya loved Irene and Ainhoa from Mini Club, they have done activities with them everyday for 13days with showing so much care and professionalism . Please say Hi to Irene from Lianna . Was lovely to meet all these kind people. Food was lovely all day long, as we stayed there 2 weeks we've had the option to book 2x italian dinners and 2x Asian restaurant, but we didn't as the food was so good and you have so many different options to choose from every day, every meal. The deserts at the main restaurant are very good and the "snack room" as I called it, near the pool give you even more option on ice creams and more bits to snack on during the day, between meal times. Just arrived home from yet another amazing stay at this amazing hotel. All staff go above and beyond in making sure your stay is the best. Nothing is any trouble to them. All areas spotlessly clean. Food is absolutely fantastic with so much choice. All your meats and fish are cooked fresh and in front of you to just how you want it. Pool area is just the best as they have the lazy pool .We look forward to visiting again. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff at the amazing Protur Roquetas Hotel and Spa ☆☆☆☆☆+

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel offers true luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always welcoming guests with a warm smile. Their attention to detail and dedication to excellent service made my stay unforgettable. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class stay and I look forward to returning again soon.
