We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely sea view. A special thank you to the reception team for upgrading us to a room with a beautiful terrace, which was much appreciated.
The facilities were good and well maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was always enjoyable. However, the staff was a bit disorganized.
The beach club is definitely a highlight, and we really appreciated the complimentary sunbeds on the beach as well as the convenient transfer service.
We also enjoyed the evening atmosphere, with live music and a DJ creating a pleasant setting to watch the sunset.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in the area.
We had a fantastic stay! The service was outstanding from start to finish, with every member of the staff being friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options, and the hotel facilities were clean, modern, and very well maintained. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
Words cannot describe how amazing this place is ! The beach is a short distance away with walking trail to the location. Adult only pool and a separate pool for swimming and families. Schedule daily includes activities like Yoga, stretching, pizza making class. The STAFF is incredible. Favourite were the front door gentleman, bar staff, and front desk. Rooms with view and sunset occurs right in front of you. 😊 Better and more friendly then the Ritz Carlton !
I would give 1 star for the adults-only pool and 1 star for the room. The rest of the experience was globally bad.
The service is non-existent, especially during breakfast and dinner. It is extremely difficult to get someone’s attention to order a drink or simply ask for something. At one point, I even had to get the knife and spoon myself.
At breakfast, it was impossible to get a coffee because none of the machines were working. When we finally managed to find someone to order a coffee, we were simply told to get it from the machine ourselves (reminder machine not working)
Dinner was even more frustrating. We were asked to make reservations, which is perfectly reasonable. So we made a reservation in person every single day, specifically requesting a table. Yet every evening, when we arrived, the table was either unavailable or our reservation had apparently not been recorded. Even worse, on some occasions we were told that it was not possible to have the table, despite the fact that the very same person had taken our reservation just one hour earlier.
What is also surprising is that nobody seems to ask whether everything is okay during the stay — not even at check-out.
Overall, the impression is that the staff are either quickly overwhelmed, or that the hotel simply does not have enough staff to provide an appropriate level of service.
For a Hilton property, I expected significantly better
We went to this fantastic hotel in May for my 30th birthday and our wedding anniversary as a couple and we instantly fell in love with this place! From the moment we arrived and how we were received from their lovely staff we knew this would be a fantastic holiday.
Outstanding service, fantastic food of extremely high quality (special thanks to Mimmo the Pizzaiolo for making the most fantastic pizza and being so lovely to us!), beautiful facilities, and the most gorgeous sunsets. We will definitely repeat! Also, the surroundings of the hotel and the location with view on Capo Testa left us speechless every day. A special thanks also to David, the responsible restaurant manager who was extremely friendly and thought of every detail possible for celebrating our anniversary already at the breakfast with champagne and also during the rest of the stay was simply brilliant!
