The hotel itself was amazing – clean, modern, and comfortable. The food was delicious, with something new and different every day, so it never got boring. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was really relaxing, and the whole place felt welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
Everything was great . We liked the hotel Servis food . The workers of reception Were really kind espesially Mimoza and bellboy Omer.
Very disappointing. Friendly and helpful staff, food was standard all-inclusive. Room was dirty on arrival, with old and poorly maintained furniture. The beach is worn down, sea entry is unsafe due to large rocks. Right next to the hotel beach is a public pier with sewage-like discharge into the water — absolutely disgusting. No real kids’ activities, playground and kids’ club are in terrible condition. Smoking everywhere, even around the pool and on the terrace. Photos used by the hotel agency do not match reality.
We love Turkey, but we will never return to this hotel.
Literally the WORST hotel ever. I booked Noxinn deluxe they told us they’re apparently completely full which doesn’t make sense because I had booked and PAID FULLY for a room at Noxinn deluxe so why is a room I payed for taken? They said to us that Noxinn club is the exact same and 5 minds away so we agreed thinking it’s the same. We get there and the room is completely filthy on the floors, the bed literally had no duvets they gave us literal towels as duvets. Then the sink in the bathroom was literally broken and the balcony was extremely dirty and had bird poo. The headboard was disgustingly dirty the bathroom was dirty I literally had to wear my outside shoes when walking around in the room. The shower door was broken and dirty. When I requested for a new room at least since we didn’t even get the hotel we wanted the receptionist said that all the rooms are fully taken which was a lie because the hotel was so empty and then when I told her all the things wrong with the hotel she said that she’ll send someone to fix the sink and clean the room and no one came for the whole week we stayed there. Genuinely the worst hotel to exist I would give it 0 stars if I could.
I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, which made my stay truly enjoyable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated the excellent service, delicious food, and the attention given to guest comfort throughout my stay.
