We had a fantastic one-week stay here with our family and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel met all our expectations, offering maximum comfort, excellent food and service, and impeccable cleanliness throughout.
We would especially like to highlight the animation team, who did an outstanding job. They were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive, always doing their best to make sure every guest had a wonderful time. The activities were varied and entertaining, and both the children and the adults had a great time.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Here at the moment, we returned after 3 years, still our favourite family holiday place!!!
Service improved in a way that you see lots of smiling faces, a la carte restaurant is accesible every night, food is still one of the best we had in a resort.
Slides are great, swimming pool as well, great shows in the amphiteathre and beach.
Decent clean rooms and service!!!!!
More inclusion for other than russian as well, wich is fair in a place with so many visiting nationalities!!
Swimming pool opening hours seems to be extended wich is great❤️❤️❤️
Sushi place is great
Based on our family holiday experience it is a great place!!!!!
The only place we would reccomend to a friend!!
This is our second time staying at the hotel, and compared to last year, we found many things even better and of higher quality. The food is more delicious, the parties and shows are much more lively, and the pool activities are fun and colorful.
However, the most important thing for us is the Mini Club. We can leave our children there with complete peace of mind. They take part in so many activities throughout the day that they sometimes do not even want to come for meals. 😊
We would especially like to thank the girls in the Mini Club team. They are all very caring, friendly, and truly loving towards the children. Thanks to them, both our children and we had a wonderful holiday.
Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back again next year!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also perfect.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
Wonderful Stay
An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent, and everything was handled with great attention to detail.
I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. A well-deserved 5-star experience!
