Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine warmth and world-class hospitality. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. A special thanks to the entertainment team and the mini club staff—they were incredible with the kids, keeping them engaged with fun activities all day long. The buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, and the pool areas were immaculate. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back!"
A cut above the rest: Crystal Hotels is truly exceptional!
Having visited Turkey many times, we can confidently say that Crystal Hotels deserves an extra star compared to the many other resorts we’ve stayed at. The experience was top-notch from start to finish.
Food & Drinks
The food is of very high quality, and the variety is simply enormous. But what truly sets this place apart—and something I have never seen in any other resort—is the Irish Pub. They serve genuine imported whiskeys, such as Chivas Regal, and it’s all included! The cocktails are also great.
Service & Unique Touches
It’s the small details that make the difference here. For instance, there are fridges on the beach stocked with cold water and original canned Coca-Cola. No fountain sodas, just the real deal!
Staff: Extremely friendly and welcoming.
Cleanliness: The rooms are perfectly clean and are maintained beautifully throughout the stay.
Activities: Plenty of great activities during the day to keep you entertained.
Final Verdict: I highly recommend this resort to everyone. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back!
We had an amazing stay at Crystal Sunset and would happily come back again!
The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities, plenty to do throughout the day, and a fantastic choice of food and drinks. The staff worked incredibly hard and always had a smile on their faces, which made such a difference to our holiday.
A special thank you to Eren at the Chinese restaurant. He honestly became our friend during our stay. Even though he didn’t speak English, he went above and beyond for us and always found a way to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his kindness really stood out. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we're already looking forward to seeing him again when we come back.
We'd also like to mention Yusuf at the Italian restaurant, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and added to what was already a fantastic dining experience.
Thank you to everyone at Crystal Sunset for such a memorable holiday. We can't wait to return!
Dear Sunset,
I would like to thank you for the most wonderful holiday of our lives. Your staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food is of the highest quality, there is a great variety of drinks available at all the bars, and this hotel truly gives you that genuine feeling of relaxation and being on holiday.
We also have nothing but praise for the entertainment team — they are absolutely fantastic! At every moment, every single day, they were ready to socialize, have fun, and entertain the guests. Not once did any of them show even the slightest sign of tiredness, and they truly deserve all the praise for that.
I would especially like to praise Berkay, the bartender who worked at the Relax Bar and the bar on the boat. He was always happy to share any information I was interested in, and we even stayed in touch after we left the hotel. He is an incredibly kind, polite, and respectful young man!
I would also like to give special praise to the guy who worked with him at the Relax Bar — the one with a tattoo on his neck. He is an incredible bartender!
Our overall rating is 100/10! We would be more than happy to come back next year!
Thank you for everything!
