We were here for a week's holiday with a baby. We were truly satisfied. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the water in the outdoor and indoor pools wasn't very warm, but the hotel's location made up for it with its sea views. When it comes to food, the chef really has good taste! We were offered jars of Bebelan soups for our little one. The hotel also has a 24-hour open service zone – you can grab sandwiches, cookies, breadsticks, and hot and cold drinks any time of day. It was a real surprise when we arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. to check in.
I can only say good things about this hotel. Starting with the very convenient location, with the parking space right in front of the hotel entrance, the wonderful staff at the reception, the fact that I received a room upgrade. It all culminated with the suite on the 5th floor, which has a huge furnished terrace overlooking the sea. The furniture is modern, the bed is relaxing, the linen and towels are impeccable and the utilities are modern. The food was varied and very tasty. I return with my laudatory comments to the two ladies at the reception, who know how to do their job and make the stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed from 4-11 June 26, Room 425, we was amazed how good and modern the rooms were. It was cleaned every day and the bathroom was also cleaned every day. The food was fresh with a great selection.
The pool area was spotless, as was the inside pool area. The outside pool isn't heated, but it wasn't cold. As the temperature was over 30° it was a welcome way to cool down.
So the hotel gets a 10/10 👍
The only downside is outside. The taxis, restaurants and beach sunbeds are just a rip off, but this is nothing the hotel can deal with.
We are very satisfied with this hotel. Food is great, buffet style, it's has something for everyone. We were in a deluxe room with a sea view, it was a big room. More then enough for us two. They clean and change the towels everyday. Bar and snack bar is also good. Close to the beach, 10 min to south nessebar beach and 2-3 min to south sunny beach. There's a bus stop in front the hotel, it's 1€ and you can go wherever. 15€ taxi to Sunny beach and the amusement park. It has a grocery store 5 min from the hotel Janet market, bakery in from of the hotel. Few restaurants 5 min from the hotel. 100/10
