We've visited for 9 days at the end of July, the location of the hotel and the view is top notch - literally over the beach! The hotel is clean and cosy, spacious rooms - cleaned every day. Variety of food and drinks/cocktails. The pool area and the private beach in front of the hotel are kept clean. Special thanks to Venko and his animation team and the alchemy master of the pool bar Dean. We would definitely visit again!
the hotel is so good. the entertainment is the best niky, venko and angie are amazing wether it’s with the younger children or getting the older kids involved.
the food is a bit cold depending on what you get but there is quite a variety.
the staff is so kind and the room is kept really clean the only problem we had was that when we arrived are toilet was broken and wasn’t fixed for 2 days
Great entertainment team of Venco, Nicky, Angie and Mila, good banter during activities and general chatting.
Food whilst plentiful was often only lukewarm and sometimes meat was fridge cold so everything had to be microwaved before eating it. Higher temp are needed on the warmers.
Staff made good effort to clean public areas and rooms .looks rundown in places .paint peeling outside block c and carpets looking tatty in places. But having said that ,we really enjoyed our time there . The staff were pleasant
“I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the MPM Hotel Arsena in Nesebar, Bulgaria. The hotel is a true gem with its amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. And the location couldn’t be better—it’s right on the beach and just a short walk to the charming Old Town of Nesebar, with all its historic churches and fascinating sites. Highly recommend!”
The first night we got here the toliet was broke and it took them two days to fix it they need to learn to put the wet floor sign down on the stairs also when they have mopped them as me and a child fell. The food was cold everynight also. The entertainment on a day time round the pool and on a night was fantastic with Niki, Venko and Angie.
