Location and terrace is fantastic. As a 4 star hotel it feels a bit outdated though. When we arrived the TV didn't work, the sop in the shower and hand wash was empty. The young man in the reception came up and filled up and fixed TV quickly, so thumbs up for him!

It's just a short, pleasant walk to the lakeside, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, taking beautiful walks, and capturing stunning photographs at any time of the day. We stayed at this hotel for two wonderful days. Everything was amazing: the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, the breakfast, and the terrace and views from it. Our room had a balcony with a lake view where we drank our coffee and wine. At night, we were also stargazing from this same balcony, which was very romantic and magical. The staff of this hotel was very helpful and polite. And my special thanks to ANZE, who was extremely generous and considerate. To mention, we were also allowed to visit the pool area after checking out, so we could relax before getting back to the city. I'd certainly recommend this hotel for one's Lake Bled trip!
Great dog friendly hotel, perfect location, we enjoyed our stay. A bit outdated in the wellness area, but the room was nice. The only problem - AC unit, it barely works. Struggled to cool the room for 4 hours, and managed to lower the temperature from 25 to 23. Room service is excellent! Whenever we left the room with our dog, earlier or later, our room has always been clean when we were back.
Hotel is overall nice but there is a ton of noise from bars below. If you are planning on doing any work, relax in the evening in your room or go to bed early. Expect to be disturbed for a few hours with very loud bassy music. View to the lake is of the castle on the mountain, not the island on the lake, for those who cares.
