I loved my stay at this hotel! I went to many hotels in Bulgaria, but this hotel reminds me of Helena park! Every Friday it’s a meditarean themed night, and it has the best food in my opinion! The food was great, every day you had what to eat, and it was so tasty! The best barman was Johnny , always smiling and kind! You should go to this hotel, if you want good food, good beverages, but quaiet and cozy hotel! No animation at night, except mini disco for the kids! After all, we have had a very good experience, and I will surely come here next year!
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing seaside holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and varied, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel offered plenty of facilities and activities for both adults and children. Everything was well organized, creating a pleasant and stress-free atmosphere throughout our stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a comfortable, fun, and memorable vacation. We highly recommend it and would happily return in the future! 🌟🌊☀️
Rooms are a bit old, but everyting was working. Need to step up with the cleanliness. Food was very good, but the best part of this hotel is bartender Johny. He is very firendly and helpfull. We even became good friends. Other staff was nice too, but Johny was special. :)
Food was great. Staff was great, a little bit harder on English but we understood each other eventually. Rooms were clean, the AC units are well maintained, the Android TVs work normally, the facilities are well maintained and clean. A great all-inclusive experience after all.
We organised a bachelor party at this hotel and our groom‑to‑be was really impressed. The food was good, the staff were very kind and helpful, and all the facilities were available. The location of the hotel is also a big plus, as the beach was only about seven minutes away. The only downsides were that the electric kettle in our room didn’t work and we had an unpleasant situation with one of the animators — fortunately, everything was resolved afterwards.
