I had a lovely stay here. As a solo female traveler, this hotel made me feel very safe and secure while in London. The rooms are small, but very cozy and very clean. Bed was comfortable and despite being near city center I didn’t hear any outside noise. I loved winding down with complimentary wine and cheese at the end of each night. The staff was amazing! Receptionist, Abhi (or Abhi, I’m not keen on the spelling), was very helpful!
Great for one person and ok for two but obviously space is a premium in the room. The room has everything you need. Blackout blinds, the bed is pretty comfortable and the shower room is compact but pretty good too. Everything was clean and all the staff were great, especially Zaider and Csenge. Excellent coffee and location too. We found the room very quiet.
The location is excellent! There's lots to see and do on the neighborhood.
The interior (no window) rooms are tiny. Prepare to climb over each other to get out of the bed, if there are two of you.
The air conditioning unit in our room couldn't keep up with the heat. They brought a fan, but in hindsight we would have been better off going through the hassle of switching rooms.
We had a wonderful stay at The Z Hotel Trafalgar and would happily stay here again. The location is unbeatable, with Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and several major attractions all within easy walking distance. It made exploring London incredibly convenient.
The rooms are compact, which is expected for central London, but they are modern, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel offered great value for money considering its prime location, and we appreciated how easy it was to access public transport, restaurants, cafés, and theatres.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well located hotel in the heart of London, The Z Hotel Trafalgar is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
This place is absolutely perfect for a short 1 or 2 night stay a stone throw from west end theatres. Our room was windowless but this made it very quiet. The room was small and cosy. Be aware that there is very limited privacy when using the en suite toilet.
Staff were super helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was ok.
The free tea, coffee and an evening glass of wine with cheese and biscuits, were a great touch.
